Through the breath, brings enthusiasm. The knowledge point, "Don't be a football of others' opinions or be turned off by the remarks of others" taught me that acceptance of criticism will only improve oneself. It is an art to (find the appropriate opportunity to) reveal (to someone their) [a person's] shortcomings (so that they may have a chance to examine themselves) [but for the sake of one's well being], yet not ignite any sense of denial or anger. I have learnt to appreciate the good in others, rather than pointing their shortcomings. The knowledge point, opposites are complementary, pulled me out of prolong misery over unhappy situations. The course also brought home the benefits of taking a vegetarian diet, in terms of one's health and also to the surrounding environment. The asanas brought flexibility to my stiff physique. I have also become more willing to open up to my family members.
