On the last day AoL Teacher Arpana shared her views and said that it is designed specifically to come out of hesitation and go through the yogic experience of dance. It not only gives us health benefits but our whole body comes in balance. It provides relief to our mind and body. If one regularly does this dance one need not to do any other exercise. It also helps to express our emotions and most important to be in Present Moment.
Prabha Salathia, a senior faculty from J&K Art of Living Chapter and assisted by Urmil, a volunteer conducted the workshop.
