Quinoa Cakes are a simple vegan version of crab cakes or a veggie burger.
- 1 cup of cooked quinoa
- 2 celery sticks
- small ginger (fine chopped)
- 1/2 cup of almonds
- 3 tsp of tahini
- fresh dill
- olive oil
- salt/pepper
Instructions
- Mix quinoa with grounded almonds, fine chopped celery, ginger, olive oil, tahini, salt and pepper. Add fresh dill.
- Form medium size balls.
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Bake it for about 30 min, till golden. Flip it, if you like it crunchy.
- You can also use a frying pan instead.
- Serve with fresh green salad and dipping sauce or as a burger.
