The Sahaj Samadhi Meditation Teacher Training Course lays out the foundation for becoming a teacher of Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar's Sahaj Samadhi Meditation. You will have the opportunity to deepen your knoweledge of meditation and its techniques. Upon completion of the program, it may be possible for you to become a qualified Sahaj Samadhi Program teacher.
The prerequisites are:
- Graduates of the Guru Puja Course (Phases I & II)
- Teachers of the Art of Living Happiness Program who are actively teaching over the past five years or have been actively involved in any of the Art of Living Foundation's service projects over five years.
