The APEX program designed for large organizations offers a bouquet of customized leadership development and teambuilding workshops ranging from the flagship program “APEX Leadership” which is a 16-20 hour program spread over a period of 2 -3 days, to a program called “Mind Matters” which is a 1.5 hour module. The program combines personal development processes, advanced leadership techniques and powerful breathing tools that inspire individuals to excel, both personally and professionally.

The program helps participants to work towards greater goals by unleashing their full potential, thereby enhancing creativity, productivity, efficiency and team working.

How does APEX work?

The program is highly interactive and experiential where learning is facilitated via discussions, exercises, simulations and real-life examples. Upon completion, participants take away easy practical techniques that help apply the learnings of the program. The breathing technique called Sudarshan

Kriya taught on the program stimulates the Vagus nerve that arises from the brain and connects all organs of the body. This, in turn, helps in building confidence, courage and creativity which are necessary for business success and are also instrumental in making leaders more effective.
