Did you know that cashew milk is a great alternative to dairy and can easily provide a creamy texture to many vegan dishes? This milk is very close to the real thing besides offering a wide variety of health benefits as well. The best part is that it is a breeze to make!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of unsalted cashews
- 2 - 5 cups of water
Preparation:
- Blend the cashews in the blender with the water at high speed.
- You may add some unsweetened vanilla or agave nectar if you want the sweetened version
